I had booked Indigo flight on 19.05.2024 for travel from Mumbai-Istanbul-JFK on 13.08.2024 6.00 AM. I reached airport on 12.08.2024, at 10.53 PM I received the mail that the scheduled flight is cancelled, as I was already inside the airport i have contacted the Indigo desk at Airport, after lot of hassles they offered me rescheduled flight on 15.08.2024 from Mumbai-Delhi-Istanbut-JFK leaving at 1.15 AM , on 14.08.2024 as I was checking the status of my flight I found that only one leg of my journey i.e. Mum-Del-Istanbul was confirmed and Istanbul-JKF leg was on hold, I contacted Indigo customer care but didn't receive any proper resolution, As I was worried about getting stranded at Istanbul airport I dropped the idea of traveling by rescheduled Indigo flight and booked the ticket for travel on 15.08.2024 with Qatar Airways by paying hefty amount due to last minute booking. Indigo processed my refund after deducting about 10,000/- from my original amount of @ 75,000/-. The mental harassment & trauma I faced by this horrible experience is beyond words. I strongly recommend not to fly Indigo Airlines.
