I would give ZERO if I had the option. Due to the domestic flight delay - we missed our International flight and were stranded on the airport until 2am with NO HELP whatsoever from Indigo. They declined the request for compensation too.

Customer service is rude and doesn't reply to emails (or if he does, he gets his first name wrong and is out of touch). In addition, one of my flights was cancelled and I was forced to pay the difference with the new flight because of a « bug » on the website. All my flights with indigo were delayed by at least 1 hour. Never again.
Very good service, no late flight and confortable planes. No doubt I will take this airline again ! The price is also correct.

Indigo does not honor their commitments. My flight was canceled and as part of compensation I was given a voucher of 1200. I tried using the voucher when I tried to make a booking but it did not work. I called them several times without any help. They just kept telling me to try later (such a genius solution). When that did not work they kept promising to call me but did not bother to actually call. I followed up after waiting a long time and they finally made a booking for me and asked me to pay. I once again got error messages when I tried making the payment. I tried calling them again but there was an issue getting through to them. I finally had to pay full price and make a new booking just because the fares kept increasing and waiting for them to actually help me with my issue would prove more expensive for me. When I finally received a call back from them after 24hrs, they said that the voucher was utilized in the pnr they created for me. I explained that although a PNR was created, there was no ticket issued and because of that the voucher cannot be considered "utilized". They have promised a manager callback to me to resolve this on the 09th of Aug and I am still waiting. They are so utterly shameless that now they have stopped responding to my emails as well. I have provided them with all proof including screenshots of all the errors whenever I tried making payment. I have sent them a screenshot of how many times I tried to call them and could not get through their useless call center. I am not sure why they issue vouchers they clearly cannot honor. Their website has an issue and their payment process has one too. Absolutely disgusted with this level of service and false commitments to customer care.
