An airline that becomes worst each time I fly in it nowadays. 1.5 hours delay, 30 mins extra in taxing, 30 mins extra in getting off and into buses and 30 mins for the bus to reach the airport. In total delay of 3 hours that too for a night flight!

Do not know who is leading this company, but cannot see it going anywhere besides running a collusion story and jacking prices!

I was flabbergasted with the service offered on board by Indigo. It was an 8 pm flight from Qatar Airways operated Indigo from Doha. First and foremost the flight never took off on time, was almost 2 hours late to take off. Next it took another 1.5 hours to serve a crap meal which deserve 1 star max. Stale bread sandwich with some biscuits (is this what you eat for dinner?). Once I arrived at the Bengaluru airport, found my misplaced suitcase. Went to Indigo attendant, and it took another 2 hours to get the form filled for return of misplaced luggage to home. Very inefficient, the luggage reached after 48 hours. More, so, I had a connecting flight to another place in 24 hours. I had to buy so many stuffs for my next trip. Costed me >6k Rs. Indigo people were absolutely inefficient and upon calling the customer care found that they never reimburse any of the travel or purchase costs (loss for the customer). Never travel on this flight. You may save little money at the time of booking but eventually may end up spending more, not because of your mistake but rather inefficiency in the part of Indigo.

Worst experience we had this time from Delhi to leh fight and this is only happening with indigo and rest every flight is great salute to Air India always not such issues

Worst they say big things than no 1 turns up they give u other options , next day same flight is going but not ready to adjust our seats there why??? Because they say it’s already booked seriously?? What about my flight which is cancelled???

If you would spend a huge amount for trip and someone says go after 2 days will you give me reimbursement for those 2 days missed? No right it’s always very easy to say something but when it comes on individual it really matters as each penny counts
Staff not ready to listen ahahahaha that’s how you deal!!!!

I’ve been flying indigo regularly and had the worst experience today. Paromita was the leading lady and Jesmika was another lady - both of whom made me and my sister store our suitcases on the 19th row and 17th row while we were seated on the 2nd. We constantly said we need the bags above us - the flight took off 1 hour and 15 mins late anyway and we had commitments which we were travelling for which had to be missed. After giving us constant assurance that the bags would be got to the front before everyone started getting up - after which it becomes impossible to go to the back - they failed to do so and kept saying we can’t go back everyone’s standing you both have to wait. This was absolutely not okay and makes me never want to fly this airline again.

Absolutely terrible flight experience. They kept changing the departure time and We were given 10 different updates regarding the time. On arrival at airport they said that the plane has taken off and weren’t aware about their own flight’s status. Caused a lot of unnecessary rush, tension and delay. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this problem with this airlines. Strongly suggest that you never travel using Indigo. There are several other affordable airlines you can go by, especially if you want to reach at your destination due to urgent reasons.
