I was flabbergasted with the service offered on board by Indigo. It was an 8 pm flight from Qatar Airways operated Indigo from Doha. First and foremost the flight never took off on time, was almost 2 hours late to take off. Next it took another 1.5 hours to serve a crap meal which deserve 1 star max. Stale bread sandwich with some biscuits (is this what you eat for dinner?). Once I arrived at the Bengaluru airport, found my misplaced suitcase. Went to Indigo attendant, and it took another 2 hours to get the form filled for return of misplaced luggage to home. Very inefficient, the luggage reached after 48 hours. More, so, I had a connecting flight to another place in 24 hours. I had to buy so many stuffs for my next trip. Costed me >6k Rs. Indigo people were absolutely inefficient and upon calling the customer care found that they never reimburse any of the travel or purchase costs (loss for the customer). Never travel on this flight. You may save little money at the time of booking but eventually may end up spending more, not because of your mistake but rather inefficiency in the part of Indigo.
