“Terrible Experience”

I’ve been flying indigo regularly and had the worst experience today. Paromita was the leading lady and Jesmika was another lady - both of whom made me and my sister store our suitcases on the 19th row and 17th row while we were seated on the 2nd. We constantly said we need the bags above us - the flight took off 1 hour and 15 mins late anyway and we had commitments which we were travelling for which had to be missed. After giving us constant assurance that the bags would be got to the front before everyone started getting up - after which it becomes impossible to go to the back - they failed to do so and kept saying we can’t go back everyone’s standing you both have to wait. This was absolutely not okay and makes me never want to fly this airline again.

Absolutely terrible flight experience. They kept changing the departure time and We were given 10 different updates regarding the time. On arrival at airport they said that the plane has taken off and weren’t aware about their own flight’s status. Caused a lot of unnecessary rush, tension and delay. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this problem with this airlines. Strongly suggest that you never travel using Indigo. There are several other affordable airlines you can go by, especially if you want to reach at your destination due to urgent reasons.

I am writing this review while on the plane. Flight was supposed to take off at 1:40 PM, it is 16:40 PM and we have not taken off. We are sat in the plane for 45 mins now and the only information the crew has that “captain has not arrived”.

Families with infants, small kids, old parents.. all suffering.

Worst flight experience, because we have been on different flights for last 48 hours. Seems like we are going to be in flight mode for another day.

Very poor for the staff on board, they are getting all the burnt. And this is normal for Indigo as my fellow passenger mentioned.

My experience was very bad... The staff in the counter was very rude.....I m not satisfied with indigo airlines...they all are very rude

SCAM - HYDERABAD AIRPORT- BRIBE DEMANDED BY GROUND STAFF Manager " SADATH" for extra hand baggage. I work for Tech Mahindra, Chennai and have travelled to Hyderabad officially with my colleague. We have booked the return flight 6E - 598 to Chennai departing - 5:45 PM. PNR - V6IFSX. We did online check-in and then when we reached airport 4:35 PM. There was a long queue in the entrance and too many staffs asking "R u a DIGI Yatra passenger" No clues. Security had a RFID scanner, which was not scanning the QR code of most of the passengers, then argued and so on.. there was a 10 min delay in entering the airport. Next a very long common queue with domestic and international passengers to drop the baggage. while we reach the baggage drop counter by 5:02 PM having 43 more minutes for take off.. We were denied to drop the bags saying time up. Go in next flight. there was too many calls back and forth with the agents and their seniors.. At last by 5:15 one kind staff took us to the `business class security check to pass thru the line for boarding, where there was a Rude Indigo ground staff named " SADATH" denied our entry saying he cant allow any passengers with 2 hand luggage. He was pretending to be the proprietor and was so harsh on the other kind staffs trying to help us. what a shame !!! He doesn't have the courtesy to listen us and was repeatedly shouting to move on for the next flight and pay the fare difference. Brutally, laughing at us with sarcastic comments that we are bound to drop bags before 60 minutes to take off and mistake was on us. As if the queue management was all done well, its a shame on the airlines ground management. Both of us were asked to pay him a bribe of 5K each to "SADATH " for proceeding on the same flight as booked. When we refused, we were sent out of airport to Indigo counter and get another ticket. We called our travel desk and have chosen AIR INDIA flight via Blr to Chennai and reached home.
My sincere request to take a harsh action on this staff being so rude and impolite with the passengers. He also trap us for demanding ransom to allow extra hand luggages.
