Terrible experience, they offloaded our bag without our knowledge due to the aircraft needing to balance the weight and not informed on any platform, on arrival we had to wait for all the luggage to arrive and only when we checked with the baggage counter as to why our bag was missing were we informed of the above, no apologies rendered and now still waiting on our bag to arrive!Poor attitude by ground staff!Would not recommmend at all!

Lost my suitcase containing £6000 worth of possessions. I was Lied to throughout. Had two suitcases delivered to me that weren’t mine. Ruined my holiday. I had no clothes,no medication, no phones nothing. It took 13 days to get my suitcase back to me by then my vacation was coming to an end. Compensation offered was £30 in VOUCHERS (still awaiting to receive them 8 months on). Disgusting service. Awful. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Worst service …can’t even provide hot water when there is no turbulence due to indigo policy. Also have flight attendants who don’t even smile.😏

worst experince. they are the worst staff with worst attitude. i arrived very early but had to wait so much. they didn't let me take my hand luggage. so they asked it to be weighted and when it was obviously extra for the hand over luggage, they charged me extra for my hand luggage weight, that they didn't let me carry. But then i am a female student and i had to wait and go to talk to managers about the issue, but they warned me that if i don't pay up , i'll miss my flight and have to book another. i still waited for them because i thought it was unfair, but till last minute no one helped me. i had to pay extra. when i arrived at my destination, i didn't get my luggage, they asked me to come back to airport to receive my luggage in the evening, but i got a call stating they'll send next day. what is wrong with indigo seriously. So much inconvenince in a single day. i literally started crying inside the airport.
