“Worst flight experience ever”

worst experince. they are the worst staff with worst attitude. i arrived very early but had to wait so much. they didn't let me take my hand luggage. so they asked it to be weighted and when it was obviously extra for the hand over luggage, they charged me extra for my hand luggage weight, that they didn't let me carry. But then i am a female student and i had to wait and go to talk to managers about the issue, but they warned me that if i don't pay up , i'll miss my flight and have to book another. i still waited for them because i thought it was unfair, but till last minute no one helped me. i had to pay extra. when i arrived at my destination, i didn't get my luggage, they asked me to come back to airport to receive my luggage in the evening, but i got a call stating they'll send next day. what is wrong with indigo seriously. So much inconvenince in a single day. i literally started crying inside the airport.

Worst experience. Always delayed. No prior intimation nor no update. Worst staff. I will never ever travel via IndiGo in my life time. Please keep up your timings

Delay of 6 hours due to poor management. Constant lying when asked for explanation. No compensation for missed connection and extreme delay. This has been happening more often than not with indigo. They told us register complaint so we served better next time. At least 100 people on the flight wrote to indigo. I don’t think they’ve even opened the complaint box as airline still hasn’t owned up to its mistakes nor done anything to rectify it.

Purchased additional 75kg additional baggage weight. 3 travellers checked in 120kg. The check in girl at Indore airport wanted to charge for extra 2 kg as we were 1.8kg over. Is the weighing machine at the airport really so accurate that Indigo can say with confidence that there is no room for variation nor error of 1.8kg when weighing 120kg!!! This is not the first time this has happened as we regularly fly internationally and purchase additional baggage. Are the airport staff paid commission to charge customers a penalty? On top of it, unacceptable to speak so arrogantly to customers.
