This company is bad. The website is bad and does not work for simple task (such as entering a card number!), the organization before flight is bad (can’t check-in online), the crew is bad, the meals are bad… will never fly with them again.
Iberia damaged by checked in bag on arriving at LAX. I called Iberia’s customer service and went through their website to see what I could do to claim for the damage. This was a very consuming ordeal and unprofessionally handled by their customer service. Even though I provided receipts, their messaging was very inconsistent. Suffice to say after providing all my bank deposit details, they went silent on me and did not provide a refund. Bye bye Iberia
Pathetic excuse of an airline. The lost my luggage found it then lost it again. 16 days later they have no clue where it could be. Their website is garbage, so you cant make a proper report or update. If you call them they tell you they will send you an email the next day which comes a day late and contains a question they could have easily asked on the phone. Otherwise no contact or information from them. Zero.
my flight was a share code with AA. When I tried to change my flight online:
- I was unable because part of the trip was with AA.....this only happens with Iberia.
- Then they tell me that they will have to charge me for making the changes via phone, let's remember that they do not offer any free alternative.
- Then the humor festival reaching new highs when they first quote me $358 for the change and 20min later they quoted me over $1000 for the flight to exactly the same date
According to this customer representative, flight prices change within minutes......i search online and I never saw such a dramatic change in 20min, but then they say that for changes they access different data. Anything to be opaque an overcharge you
ohh then the Exchange rate...according to my ticket, they will charge me €150 for any change, but then they said that the exchange rate means $190!!!!!! if you check it was actually $154.2 to be precise. It is an abuse.
