This has got to be the worst airline in the world. The flight from London was delayed so that gave us little time for our connection in Madrid. When we got off the flight a women instructed us to take a coach to our connecting flight. The coach took us to the the wrong terminal about an hour away. Me and my elderly mother had to catch a train back to the correct terminal, go back through passport control and go back through baggage security. By the time we reached the gate our flight had gone. We were not able to run because my mother is elderly and fragile. We spoke to the Iberia help desk who told us that it was our fault for missing the plane. They said we were lying and that there were no delays despite us arriving an hour late. They put us on standby for the next flight. We waited for hours but the flight was full. We returned to customer service who were extremely unhelpful and I suspect racist. After a heated argument they refused to speak to me, give me any information about my bags or allow me to speak to the manager. They completely ignored me. I have never been so angry in my life. They basically told me and my mother to get lost, said we were lying about the delay and that we had plenty of time to reach the gate. Therefore they were not prepared to help at all. This is the worst airline ever. Please avoid at all costs.
