“Flying half-starved”

Flying hungry.
The flight lasted about 12 hours. Passengers were served a 3-course meal. First course: 3 tablespoons of rice boiled like glue, 2 cubes of potatoes 2*2 cm, 1 carrot circle 1.5 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick, several leaves of stewed spinach, one (no exaggeration!) tablespoon of chicken trimmings (lumps with veins). Second course: 100g quinoa salad with onion nanoparticles without oils or sauce. My neighbors could not eat this dry "salad" just like me. Dessert: one cookie 6-7 cm in diameter. After 5 hours of flight, dinner was served: the same rice with 4 cubes of the same potatoes and carrots. Passengers fly for 12-13 hours. Of course, they will get hungry and eat everything in sight. The day before I flew from Australia to Bangkok on Thai Airways. Their cake with a winter landscape on an area of ​​7*7 sq. cm was a work of art, not to mention the rest. SHAME for Finnish Airlines.

I paid 13k for my flights and I put my trust in this company for a comfortable flying experience, even though there were cheaper options on the market. They charged me wrongly when boarding the plane because of some sort of technical issue, put me on the spot, so I had to pay there and they told me to reach to support for a refund. When I reached out to their support few times, they never answered. The whole experience seemed like they were trying to sneakily get your money, (selecting seats starting from 60€!?) exactly like budget airlines would do. But even they have the decency to respond… I will never ever fly with this airline.

The new business class seating is very uncomfortable. There is no foot rest and they don’t recline. Finnair chose them because they are cheaper, lighter, and require less maintenance. All three reasons are about cost savings, sacrificing comfort and utility. We took 4 different 10-12 hour flights, and my back was sore after every one. Laying down is a complex maneuver,

Initial flight to Helsinki was canceled and notified very late
The return flight Bathroom cleanliness was not the best.
Food was horrible

The worst airline, you guys delay my flight from dubai and affect my itinerary then want me to pay extra to extend my flight back to dubai so my trip doesn't get affected because of unclear reason of delay!
