“No refunds for economy”

This is the most shocking to know about this airline they don't allowed customers to get a refund if they purchase their economy tickets even if you canceled your booking within 24 hours you don't have that right booked ticket via RCG. SE dot use them cause they have hidden charges

Book the tickets last February 19 around 7nish heading to Helsinki and decide to cancel the booking the day after around 5 pm and did it via web page of RCG. SE my daughter got a reply that it was canceled but she cant get her money back. No explaination given and I was asking their customers service personnel where would the money go he couldn't say nothing it's just that it's thier policy. They could still sell the ticket but yet they won't give the money for the refund and ball tossing between the rcg. Se that they will hold the money... This is just clean day robbery towards a child who paid and canceled her flight.

Thou the customer service was polite thou bonded by the companies policy so weren't so helpful.

No more finnair & RCG. SE for me and my family.

There are better airlines and travel agencies than this mentioned above.

It was for the second time I decided to fly Finnair. Primarly they atract you by a cheaper flight than other airlines departing from Amsterdam to Asia.
I stayed overnight at Helsinki at the Hilton Airport (very good) to catch the other day my flight to Bangkok. I must say that the seats in Business Class are very narrow, especially when you go to sleep and your feet have not enough room. The attendants are stiff people and not friendly at all. The have to learn to smile. The food was typical Scandinavian. On my return flight there wasn't even malt whisky. The explanation is they are catered in Helsinki for alcohol and not on the return flight back to Helsinki. You understand next flight will be QR again!!

So we booked Finnair Business class. It’s called the Kangaroo/Reindeer route
Sydney to Bangkok - simply sublime on Qantas
Bangkok to Helsinki Finnair sublime also!
Then we Boarded in Helsinki to London and the seats were less comfortable than the 50 year deck chairs at your friends grandmothers house.
The lovely folk at Finnair (& they are lovely) let you have a seat free in between and call it a business class experience.
Having experienced their real BC I say No to deck chairs even if you have a spare in between
Helsinki lounge has a sauna
Put the deck chairs there!

Not any smile from flight attedants. Expensive food and drinks. Very narrow seats. Captain didnt even tell the weather in arrival.

Finnair uses Terminal 2 at Arlanda Airport. The Aurora Lounge has been one of our favorite lounges but this time it disappointed. The food service was half of that it has been. Also, there were only small glasses available. It was quite hard to take beer from a tap.

The flight was fully booked. The aircraft was an Embraer 190 with seats 2+2. So no empty middle seats in the business class. For a short flight with a light meal served it was not a huge problem.

It was a bigger problem that there was no space in the overhead bins. They were filled with newspapers. The closet was filled with crew luggage. Business class was just the first row and nothing could be stored on the floor. So there was no storage space in business class. Luckily we were first to board and got our luggage to the row 2 overhead bin after the curtain.
