The flight was included in a holiday package so we didn't choose this airline ourselves. At the check in they were very friendly. also on board, the crew was friendly. But that you even don't get some water for free, I really can not understand. I have to fly 2 and a half hour and you really get nothing when you don't want to pay extra money. That's real shame.

The check in was all good and crew was friendly and professional at Dusseldorf airport. All good.
The flight was cramped and the crew on board was all the 10 plus hour flight focused on selling everything to passengers shopping for everything they could possibly sell.
There is everything to shop for, snacks, movies, audio, earphones, presents, drinks , snacks.... the flight includes water only.
For the price you pay once you add on whatever you need to add during the flight, it is not worth it to fly with eurowings.
Then we arrived early to cancun but...luggage took 1 and a half hour to come out so...
No I will not fly with them
Again.

Despite having mobile phone number did not phone or text re flight cancellation. Got an email morning of flight. All four of us had to be in Vienna that day so had to book a flight with different airline from another airport. NO REFUND FOR CANCLLED flight. Emails ignored phones not answered. No means of making contact with the airline please do not fly with this airline.

I can't express how disappointed my family and I were with the service we received on a Eurowings fiight at the end of last month. I have never been on a long haul flight in which you have to pay for in flight entertainment (nevermind such a poor choice of material once coughed up over £8 for the privilege) and then have to pay for headsets additionally! The food was poor and insufficient for a flight exceeding 10 hours and the flight attendants were miserable- probably after receiving so many complaints from passengers feeling hungry, restless and ripped off. I would never knowingly fly with this company again! The only redeeming feature being a safe landing in such a beautiful destination.

They cancelled the return flight - we had to rebook on another airline for over $2000 each.. It has been 10 weeks and still no refund or correspondence from this airline. they also disconnected the US number...

DONT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!
