The entertainment and food needs to be improved. There’s a need of variety of movies and tv shows. I suggest others should download their own movies and shows to watch just in case or you’ll get bored the whole flight. Also during the flight, I had an option of chicken or pasta. When I tried the pasta it was absolutely flavourless and for the chicken it was dry. But other
than that the crew was nice and we flew safely

Over the years we have used German/Eurowings on many occasion when we are in Europe.Apart from the tiny little sandwich that is given to passengers during flights everything else is actually quite good for a low budget airline.What I find sets Eurowings apart from other Airlines is that I have experienced a fast and totally uncomplicated service and very prompt communication. When we had a sudden death in the family and had to cancel all our flights on very short notice the Eurowings customer service staff provided quick and easy solutions on the spot. The money for the tickets was returned into my account after only 4 days time.I think that is pretty impressive compared with other airlines where you have to beg for month to get a refund.

Nice and average comfortably seats.
Helpful and kind personnel..
Cean aircraft..
The flights were on time (both routes)..
Land service, safety control and check-in were just fine..
For a low cost company everything was more than OK

Checked in on time, gate didn't show on the screen at time stated , after waiting for ages gate showed up on screen later then supposed to, we made our way to the gate and qued for ages, flight was delayed without any prior notice or information given to passengers, once on board found leg space tight & seating cramped, connecting flight was also with eurowings & delayed again, couldn't wait for the journey to end !

Reserved round trip ticket months before but one day prior to the flight received an email that the flight was cancelled. Called and was put on hold for over an hour and was charged for calling. When finally spoke to a person, they offered no help only an e mail with which to write a complaint. Was told to book a flight on my own but not promised it would be paid for by Eurowings, only that they would look at it. There were no bad weather conditions or strikes causing the cancellation, in fact no explanation was given Eurowings to this date. This happened in August 2018 and two months later have not heard a thing from the company. A 300 dollar round trip ticket cost me 600 dollars. Avoid this company at all costs because it may cost you dearly. Zero customer service, no rebooking help or compensation with cancelled flights.
