As always, Etihad Airways provided excellent service on my flight from Manchester, UK, to Kathmandu, Nepal, via Abu Dhabi on the third of February 2025. If anyone were to ask me to recommend an airline, I would tell them that if they want a stress free and pleasant experience, they better had: Etihad.

Absolutely appalling customer service and never call you back or deliver on promises. Agents lie that they will resolve it and so many hoops to jump through to get your money back. Will never fly with them again. Zero integrity and will be blocked every step of the way from

Since it was not possible for me to make the online check in I was at first a bit nervous. But then one of Etihad‘s stuff helped me through the online chat and made sure that Etihad only want to check a few passports in real life at the airport so we have to do the check in there and everything is alright with my booking. That was a very good feeling and I felt well behaved. In Addition to that the check in and baggage drop went as well very good, fast and polite at Vienna‘s airport. We received my booked seats at the window and the stop in between at Abu Dhabi was as well pretty pleasant. During the flight from Abu Dhabi to Singapure we got a new plane with two-story. It was a really nice feeling to fly with this plane of yours. The service was first class feeling and the seats were very comfortable. All in all: I loved to travel with Etihad and will definitely recommend to my friends to travel with this airline. Although I have already done that quickly after my flight :)
