Etihad are a nightmare. Canceled mine and my partners flights even thought we notified them of a change required to our booking well in advance due my partner having a medical emergency. Their "customer service" is anything but, after days of them dodging the issue, repeated promises of action with nothing happening, we ended up having to book with another airline. Etihad are now trying to extort almost $3000 out of us to get home on a flight we have already paid for in full. Complete con artists that do not care about their customers at all.

Great service and flying experience. Amazing food and comfort. Would love to travel again through Etihad and visit Abu Dhabi as well.

Seats have very small room, my knees touching the chair in front of me, no TV screens , no entertainment, same as as commercial flights, no value for money

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Guests are able to check all our flight facilities during the booking flow. If your flight is a short haul flight this would be operated by the A320 or A321.

Great Airline - smooth, ery good price value, seat selection in advance was good - was able to book a free neighboring seat for an amazing price. flight schedule perfect and everything went very quickly and no delays. Will book again for sure!
