Never ever ever had such worst and arrogant staff interaction with Etihad ever. I was at the boarding gate 25 minutes before the scheduled departure.
The lady at the counter took my boarding pass so she could enter me into the system and one of her coleague who also happened to be a women suddenly questioned me by calling my name are you so and so., and I nodded yes. Then she goes on saying “do you need a special invitation to come to the plane?” In the most disrespectful way possible. Then another gentleman who happened to be from the airline staff probably thought he should also have a shot since i did not reply back to the illiterate and disrespectful women “ we are in the process of offloading your luggage” again in tone as if he is my boss and I’m his servant.
What now, the first women who took my boarding pass suddenly stopped and satarted looking at the man with a questionable face wether she should let me on or not.
He goes agian”this time you should let him on”
When i reached the door of the plane there were still 2-3 passengers waiting for their turn to get onto the plane.
What a terrible way to treat your customers when they are not late at all. I have never had such a bad experience with any airline even when traveling in economy airlines.
I do want to say some extremely bad words for the staff of Etihad but I guess i have been brought up in better ways than the staff of Etihad.
