Fantastic experience the food and airline staff were very polite and helpful. Emirates lounge had showers and lots of choices of food to cater for everyone’s needs. Highly recommended

Flew business class on Emirates to Singapore via a short stopover in Dubai for a family vacation. We had two young children (2 & 4) in our party and our 25 hours in the air was a nice as it could be considering the length of time. Great service, great entertainment & very comfortable surroundings. The Emirates lounges in both Dubai and Singapore were among the nicest we've visited through the years. They suggested that they could prepare french fries and fish fingers to provide food that would be more appealing for our young travellers

Emirates Airline is yet by far the best airline i have traveled with, professional cabin crew, always updated aircrafts and very helpful ground staff.

I checked in my luggage complete with luggage protector from Kuala Lumpur. Luggage directly fly to Rome and transit in Dubai.

Upon collection of luggage in Rome, it was found that my luggage protector lost. Tried to speak to the Emirates staff in the airport and she responded that I am unable to submit any claim on the said loss.

The question is the responsibility to ensure luggage is in good care if by the airlines. Airline should be responsible and able to receive such log of complaint for further handling. Ignoring such request to raise the issue by the staff is consider unprofessional since Emirates is the world class carrier that has a good reputation.

Please guide me how to log the report. At least other passenger that has the same issue has some rights to report and claim the necessarily.

Anyway this is my first experience flying with Emirates.

Staff was very polite and excellent in response, Quality Food was served. Unlimited entertainment and travel will not be bored. But costs more compared to other airlines.
