Recommended by our Agent, Emirates was an absolutely first class choice, We flew Heathrow to Brisbane via Dubai, the first leg on the super A380 Airbus, so quiet and spacious with top class staff and service, then onto Brisbane in a Boeing 777, not as good an aircraft but even better staff
Business Class in both planes was excellent, good amount of room, fully reclining seats for sleeping excellent refreshments drinks and meals.
Business Class also included for us the Emirates Courtesy Car collection and delivery which removed so much hassle of getting to the airport on time and the fad of Parking, then followed by full use of the Emirates Lounges with so many choices of meals available a huge choice of drinks and wonderfully comfortable surroundings and ambience all next to the departure gates

The boarding has less hassle.Stewardess are helpful, Dubai stop over is awesome but quite expensive compared from other airlines.We also enjoyed the Dubai airport which has a huge shopping,eating and entertainment choices.Two thumbs up

Excellent Crew and Flight.

All services on board was excellent ...from lunch to breakfast.
The flight was so comfortable...on board entertainment was super.

I travel every second month to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport on Emirates A380 Business Class.
It is really five star service, you have a separated cabin almost like the one in First Class, and the seat can be turned into a horizontal flatbed.
Every seat has a minbar with drinks.
They serve a tasty 3 course gourmet dinner that takes 2-3 hours to finish , so you almost land when you are done with the meal. You can choose out of 3 appetisers, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.
The plane has a fancy on board bar where you can sit with friends just like on the ground.
They also give you a fast track card, so that you dont have to wait 2 hours in the queue in Bangkok airport immigration.
So I was very satisfied.

You can watch hundreds of movies of all languages or watch the flight with the camera.

great flight with emirates but would like them to go back to not charging for pre booking seats for all members. please go back to the old system .overall flight very good and service very good but getting very bad at giving upgrades .
