Easy Jet were a little better this time although they still glance at your hand luggage size just as you are getting on the flight. They were OK although I slept most of the flight

We had an early morning flight, so thought the chances of this being delayed were minimal, but were wrong again. We were delayed, and on our return flight from Barcelona as well.
Could not fault the cabin crew on either journey, they worked very hard in the short time that they had, to serve food and drinks etc. As we had very bad turbulence on both journeys, so were confined to our seats for quite sometime.
Apart from that it was a good flight, and fantastic landings. Well done.

40 Minutes into our flight to Rhodes, an elderly passenger was taken very ill, and the captain made a decision to divert to another Greek airport and get assistance for the passenger, a call was made over the tannoy for medical staff on the flight to make themselves known to cabin crew, there were a few trained medical staff on our flight, and one lady doctor assisted the passenger greatly until we landed, the flight was delayed by two hours, but well done to all the flight crew for making the decisions they did to lesson the impact on the passengers as a whole, and insure the the best course of action was taken.

flight was slightly delayed in departing due to luggage space issues although we made up time and landed on schedule. During busy flight times could cabin luggage be automatically relocated into hold at check in to prevent delays.? Cabin staff very helpful and the food was served promptly. Take off and landing were both very good in view of the cross winds the pilot had to cope with.

We've just spent a few days in Athens. The outward flight was fine with EasyBoarding which provides preferential boarding, reducing queueing time. The return was farcical because when the Athens staff at the boarding gate requested EasyBoarding and other preferential passengers move forward, there was a rush and most of the entire passengers surged forward. The staff made absolutely no attempt to control boarding.
Having paid almost £80 extra for four passengers, were were left standing around for some considerable time in an uncomfortable atmosphere with a slightly surly group of people who were holding non EasyBoarding tickets and then encountered difficulty locating overhead lockers. In fairness the flight staff were helpful but this leaves a nasty sensation of rip-off. We are currently requesting a refund of the EasyBoarding fee and may not use either the service or EasyJet in the future.
