Well done to Easyjet for problem free flights!
Checked in bags with app with no issues flight was on time. Good on board was great compared to some Aircraft meals we had in the past with other economy flights .The Meze box was amazing! The cabin crew were really lovely and helpful.
Coming back we paid extra for the hands free option which cost us 6€ each but was well worth it able to put all luggage through able to get on plane after fast track people and our bags were first off the plane when we arrived back to airport.
Great service which we would use again.

Our flight, amongst many others was cancelled this morning from Madeira to Lisbon (which was a connecting flight).
They already knew that due to the weather the flight was not on the way to Madeira and instead of telling us this at checkin, they checked us in, we went through security only hours later to find out that flights were cancelled. We then had to line up to take our luggage and try find a way off the island. After 4 hours of queuing, we get to the representative and the best they can offer is a flight in 8 days and the coverage for 1 meal and 1 night stay in a hotel. When I requested the refund, they said it would take 15 days to be processed.
Horrible airline. If you are not equipped for a place like Madeira then you shouldn't be flying there.

Service Staff at Baggage drop off and Gate were friendly & Patient

The issue Everyone had was with the Personal BAg allowance on the plane. You can bring just one including your purse .. this was a big disruption at the gate as most ladies had to try and cram their purse into their carry on luggage before being allowed on or go back to bag drop off.. and check it leaving you purse as your carry on

The rest is positive.. plane, service , and staff all professional, friendly

They do exactly what they say.

Very friendly and efficient crew / staff.

We always book extra legroom and have the benefit of easyJet plus membership

easyJet is our first choice on European flights and to Tel Aviv

Clean and new/modern fleet of aircrafts

Always appreciate the captain on these flights keeping us updated on progress especially if there are any signs of turbulence!

Could do with some later start flights times especially to Malaga

Fantastic crew member served us in Seat 20! Very pleasant and chatty despite being busy. A great asset to Easyjet!!
