We had a bad delay due to fog at the destination airport so sat on runway on a stationary plane for 2 hrs and no refreshment was offered even water which I thought was not good as it was 7:10 in the morning so most people would not have had much before boarding

I fly easyJet fairly frequently for work and for leisure as they are fairly reliable and relatively inexpensive (apart from in school holidays). I find their baggage rules frustrating: if you are at the back of the queue you have to take valuables out and put your hand luggage in the hold (so bring a small handbag that you can pull out); then on the way back you might not have to do this (if you're near the front of the queue). I feel like they need to get a better handle on the hand baggage rule as it loses a lot of time and is annoying and inconsistent for customers. Other than that - an ok airline.

Along with many last week we were caught up in the French ATC strike. Due to leave Bristol we boarded the flight for the normal departure time. However once we got on board the Captain came out and told us the French ATC had delayed for 2 hours for take off just after 4pm. He then invited any body that was interested to come an look around the cockpit, It was not long before he came out again to announce that our departure was delayed a further 2 hours to 6pm and that everybody could have a complimentary hot drink and a cold snack. After another couple of hours he had to tell us that there was further delay until 8.15pm. Both he and all his crew worked tirelessly to keep us as comfortable and well informed as they could. They are all a great credit to themselves and Easyjet.

My wife and I are fortunate to be able to go away a few times a year on the basis of "budget holidays and flights". Like a lot of people we use the "budget airlines" for a reason - they are less expensive and provide a valuable service. Easyjet from Liverpool to Faro and return is no exception and despite it's owners trying to squeeze every last penny out of it's customers they still provide value for money. The staff are in general very helpful and obliging - treat them like you would wish to be treated yourself and they will be as happy as the next person. The delay to the flight out, due to the "annual" French Air Traffic Control strike, was kept to a minimum and we were kept informed of the situation; a lovely smooth flight both there and back; reasonably priced and tasting coffee and muffin. Shorthaul bliss. Thanks Easyjet. Keep up the good work ... BA / Emirates you are not but we need you and the others.

Cabin crew 10 out of 10 pilots on both trips 10 out of 10 - just like to say thank you to Easy Jet - we had great service - great flights and everyone was quick / dynamic and very friendly. I will now use Easy jet allot more!!! oh and you have an amazing cheese and ham toasty :-)
