Flew for the first time from Hamburg to Manchester with easyJet, having flown with many airlines previously. We had originally booked a flight 3 hours later which was cancelled prior to travelling and moved into this flight. We was delayed for an hour which was due to a bird strike on a previous flight which was no issue, the incoming flight landed and we was queueing up ready to board as they cleaned the aircraft before letting us board. Upon boarding we made our way to our seat 16ABC, the crew were all really friendly and apologised for the delay, legroom was a little less compared to other low cost airlines. I would fly with easyJet again but it would not be my first choice to fly with.

Cancelled our flight at the LAST MINUTE!!! Crew Welfare issue.
Then the next available flight was 'apparently' 4 days later.
We then asked if they could change our flight to leave from Florence. The representative asked "which country is this?" They work for an airline?!?!?!
Then they messed up our booking so we were stuck for two days. Absolutely useless.
They could / should have offered us priority booking due to the major delay - but they didn't even think of this.

Claimed expenses and compensation. If anyone else was delayed - make sure you claim. Just google "Easyjet eu261"
Happy to take money back from Easyjet. They should learn from this - completely useless company.

When we finally arrived (two days later) - the flight was delayed another two hours. Useless!

For all of the bad press that the no-frill airlines get, easyJet seem to have sorted themselves out and excelled on my recent flight to Greece. On time departure and arrival, great customer service and overall a pleasant flight. It is definitely worth paying a little extra and getting the front row seats with extra legroom.

Staff did a good job to get passengers through check in as quickly as possible. This was because security took a long time to get through; not enough resources for that time of day. There was a slight delay on departure but made up time in flight. Got through Gatwick very quickly with luggage reclaimed within only a couple of minutes. Not sure I would fly from Belfast Intl again given it costs nearly £11pp single to get there.

Pleasant flight, comfortable seats and space, friendly and smiley staff except the Stewart Sam who was rude and impolite: We wanted to give him a half filled coffee cup before landing: we rang the bell - he was doing nothing but socializing with his mates for the last 10 minutes - he came and without hearing what we want he shouted from a distance rudely and impolitely (keep it we will collect the rubbish later and left without even looking at us). When it was the time a kind hostess came with smile and had to take the cup and go back t throw it because contained liquids and couldn't be collected with the dry rubbish.
On the contrary upon checking in a super great Kateline from the ground staff had provided us with great care and attention as I am a special need passenger. Not only with us, she was smiling and helpful all over with all passenger.
