Good service, but the seats reclined not that much and for a 6 hrs flight you want to be able to sleep. The entertainment is so and so. Food was alright

It was nice to travel with a airline that appreciates your business. Friends was great. They did not penny pinch you. Not alot of leg room but what plane has a lot of leg room. Would fly with them again. Will tell all my friends about Copa

I was told on the phone, if I canceled my flight, I would be able to Reinstate my same ticket for not penalty, only a change in fare price. I called a few days later, and they stated that this was not the case, and were going to charge me $300. This airline is atrocious, and impossible to deal with.

This was a quiet flight, with one of the better attention on a plane. All in time, clean areas, spaces available for suitcases or something you need to put on it. the personal is very kind and very good trained.

Never having flown with them I was a bit apprehensive, but with no need .

A long flight on a 737 was made better by two free meals and reasonable legroom and free wine.

Check in was prompt and efficient. Boarding was a nightmare, but remember they don't queue in Sth America, they form a scrum. Not the fault of the airline.
