Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever seen in my life, the staff is unpleasant and with no willingness to help you, the worst experience I have had in my life, I don't know how they can continue working with the terrible service they offer, in My case was with an airline official at the Bangkok airport. If they are not willing to serve their customers, customers who have paid a lot of money for their tickets, let them go do something else. The company moves at the pace of the type of client it has. My opinion for them is 0. I will never fly with this company again, before flying with them again, I will walk anywhere.
This is an horrible airlines company with a bad Customer Service (never answered to my calls and emails). I travelled from London Heathrow and Bangkok and my luggage never arrived at the final destination, because was damaged at the Heathrow Airport. The result of this luggage damaged was that a lot of personal items were damaged and missing/lost. I made my claim but the company disappeared and couldn't be reached by phone/mail and by CAA. I am bringing them to the court. Avoid this company since I never had a problem like that.
good but the only thing that's good is food and the movies.bad thing is leg room is so sqiushe'd up plus the person behind me is kicking me
I highly do not recommend it. We brought a family member who needed a wheelchair.
The wheelchair could not be borrowed, and the flight was also delayed for a long time, up to 2 hours.
The staff handling the wheelchair was not friendly and got angry.
This is very different from the service of other airlines.
I highly do not recommend it.!!!!!
