“Terrible Experience”

Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever seen in my life, the staff is unpleasant and with no willingness to help you, the worst experience I have had in my life, I don't know how they can continue working with the terrible service they offer, in My case was with an airline official at the Bangkok airport. If they are not willing to serve their customers, customers who have paid a lot of money for their tickets, let them go do something else. The company moves at the pace of the type of client it has. My opinion for them is 0. I will never fly with this company again, before flying with them again, I will walk anywhere.

This is an horrible airlines company with a bad Customer Service (never answered to my calls and emails). I travelled from London Heathrow and Bangkok and my luggage never arrived at the final destination, because was damaged at the Heathrow Airport. The result of this luggage damaged was that a lot of personal items were damaged and missing/lost. I made my claim but the company disappeared and couldn't be reached by phone/mail and by CAA. I am bringing them to the court. Avoid this company since I never had a problem like that.

good but the only thing that's good is food and the movies.bad thing is leg room is so sqiushe'd up plus the person behind me is kicking me

I highly do not recommend it. We brought a family member who needed a wheelchair.
The wheelchair could not be borrowed, and the flight was also delayed for a long time, up to 2 hours.
The staff handling the wheelchair was not friendly and got angry.
This is very different from the service of other airlines.
I highly do not recommend it.!!!!!

First up - would we fly with them again? Yes, definitely! They aren't Singapore or Air NZ standard but perfectly fine. The price difference mean our holiday was actually affordable

Pros: very, very cost competitive. The food was tasty (though at times the 'side salads' we a little odd, but maybe that's just to Westerners). I enjoy Asian food so found the mains delicious. No coffee or alcohol served, but that didn't bother us. Slightly strange that warm dinner rolls were offered after meals were finished. Water and other drinks offered regularly. Fast check-in at both Heathrow and Auckland. Staff onboard were pleasant enough and all spoke English. Leg room was fine - it's never fully comfortable in cattle class no matter who you fly with.

Cons: Onboard entertainment options were very limited - not many non-Asian movies and those available were very old. I'd definitely recommend downloading some movies before you fly if possible. No arrival cards for China were available on board and the process at Shanghai for this is chaotic and unclear to say the least
