The airline needs to improve its hiring process. How can such a big airline hire staff who are so unprofessional and disrespectful to customers? One particular staff member was extremely arrogant and lacked basic customer service skills. She made an error by allowing two checked bags, then started shouting and behaving rudely in front of other staff and customers, insisting only one checked bag was allowed. She refused to acknowledge her mistake. This made for a very bad experience at check-in. She was working at counter number 26, asking for money from all might be some percentage she'll get. If no immediate action is taken, I’ll be leaving reviews on Google and other platforms, and she must be blacklisted from airline industry, the rest of the cabin crew inside the plain provided fantastic service and were polite and well-mannered.
