The most bad experiance i my life

A delete flicht ok but delete it 4 times and passenger waiting and waiting shame on you you realy think chinees way only the monny is important for you not costumers et them wait almost 3 hours and you even did not offer one drink or some food
I did fly with cebu. Air few years ago the flicht was delete also 90 minits what they did for all pessengers, give drinks and give a meal from jollie bee
No cathey pacific i nevver Will book any flight at your company anymore o ce and nevver again.

Cathay Pacific is trash. I booked a flight for my family of 7 on their website. When I received the confirmation email, the time was different than the one I intended to book. I immediately cancelled the flight within a few minutes of booking, but they still charged $2100 in cancellation fees.

Cathay Pacific is a decent airline but their online customer service and website is horrible. Flew JFK to HK and can't get any miles since their website locked me out.
Since I've got a Chinese cell phone number the website locks up every time I try to make a new account. Old account is locked out. Customer service is Whatsapp that then auto messages I have to use WeChat which is Chinese only and also automated. No email options. Just horrible overall and shame to lose all those miles. They also canceled my Hong Kong to Guangzhou flight and gave me 500hkd which isn't nearly the cost of the ticket.

One of the worse Premium Economy Service. I flew on board , my seat was 32 F and 32 Premium Economy is a joke. They are actually cheating customers. The following are my observations:
1) The seats are almost the same as size as economy , torn and old , travel tables get stuck while folding the Tv Monitor bin broken no movies
2 ) i bin flaying with Air New Zealand from Auckland too Hong Kong the first part of my trip There was a welcome drink we had wider seats 3 meals where we could choose from the drinks we had glasses not paper cups
3 ) My suitcases arrived 4 days later. We couldn't continue our Tripp in Europe
because we had to wait for our suitcases
I wouldn't recommend anyone to fly with Cathay Pacific in premium economy class

I would love to mention Jackie. She was amazing taking care of everyone. She was very polite. And she has a beautiful smile. I will continue to fly. With Cathy pacific again.
