Cathay Pacific is a decent airline but their online customer service and website is horrible. Flew JFK to HK and can't get any miles since their website locked me out.
Since I've got a Chinese cell phone number the website locks up every time I try to make a new account. Old account is locked out. Customer service is Whatsapp that then auto messages I have to use WeChat which is Chinese only and also automated. No email options. Just horrible overall and shame to lose all those miles. They also canceled my Hong Kong to Guangzhou flight and gave me 500hkd which isn't nearly the cost of the ticket.
