Very poor customer service at the airport.
Airport check in counter staff rude, un-cooperative and deprived using loyalty program points.
Food in the business class poorer than most Economy class flights. No options to even get hot bread when asked and breakfast served as if eating in food court or hawker Centre.
Will never travel by Cathay to Europe again!
Flight attendants are friendly and helpful. The flat bed seat is wide and comfortable but looks a bit old generation. Meals are created by local Michelin restaurants which is up to first class standard. Wine and spirits choices are ok but not very impressive. As compared with Emirates and Singapore airlines they have more luxurious first class so Cathy needs to catch up. Looking forward to seeing their new first class which will be introduced in late 2025. OveralI I am satisfied with the fly but Cathay can do much better.

Jan 25 shortly after takeoff from LAX, the flight attendant who was passing out refreshments dropped her tray of drinks on me... I was totally soaked and was offered no apology or help with cleanup. sat in a wet seat for the entirety of the flight and when I called Cathay Pacific customer service, I got hung up on several times and got absolutely no help
