Cathay really spoiled me and provided the best service! As an AA platinum pro member, they really treated me like a VIP from start to finish.

Eric at HKG airport was fantastic and I wish every employee in this world has his attitude! He was super helpful, pleasant and has a really great attitude towards me and his colleagues. Pat at the flight was awesome too. I will use Cathay over and over again!

OK service on board and check in ... Main difference of good airline vs others is how airline is handling exceptions. In my case it was 1 bag not delivered to my final destination. It took over 5 hours on communications and 80 hours delivery time even though I asked to deliver ASAP due to critical medication in the bag. NO INTEREST TO ASSIST. and after all headache they offered 15usd compensation for all mess!!! WHAT A JOKE AIRLINE!

Great airline, felt more like family than a business. Mona the trainee air hostess on the 9 July Melbourne to Hong Kong flight was superb. 10/10.

The staff were very attentive and the upgrade was well worth it. The seats were fairly comfortable for large people. There were headsets to use to watch the numerous movies or shows. Nice feature was to watch the flight to see the route it took. The meals were very good with good options. Each flight provided a blanket, pillow and a little bag with socks, night mask and mini toothbrush and toothpaste. Kenji (if I remember his name correctly) was fabulous. HIs smile and always willing to help was great.

Our second long distance trip with Cathay Pacific and it didn't disappoint.
From booking online, through to disembarking at the end, the process was seamless.
Staff at airports were knowledgeable, professional and super helpful.
Cabin crew, friendly and obliging.
Planes were quiet, clean and comfortable, with a good selection of movies.
(Prices were very reasonable too).
We could not find any negatives and Cathay will definitely be our first choice in airline, going forward.
