on my flight from perth to hong kong cx170 these cabin crew were amazing, i kept asking for coffee and with a smiling face Isabella always took care of that,
and Pima who had a very good attitude towards the passangers the whole flight. Sarah, Yannick, Daisy, Kim hyeon was always glad to answer all of my questions and aided me with all the quetions i had of the aircraft and helped me understand more of how long haul flying works and what it means to be a cabin crew in cathy. In this flight there was a lot that i learned from these cabin crew. i’ve been in a lots of flights with Cathy but they’re absolutely amzing with sitiuation handeling and with absolute great team work from all crew. no disapotintmet at all, still my no.1 choice of airline to fly with. love the new magazine designs too, clean and modern.

Did not even go, they show all the fare rates on the site, once you went through the whole process of finding flights and adding passengers they say these fares are sold out. Very cheap way of selling, just lure your customers in with low rates and afterwards just say they are sold out
CX257 & CX778. Myself and my family were in a queue at the correct location at Cathay Pacific desks in Phuket international airport 3 hours early. There was no information provided to us from any staff or notice boards. Staff then informed us once they had finished chatting and laughing amongst themselves that we are now late even though the flight wasn’t near its departure time. I have a 10 and 6 year old with me and my partner and needed a solution to get home to the UK. I then went and purchased tickets from Hong Kong airline to try to get to Hong Kong to get my connecting flight to London Heathrow. I did this and got 4 tickets and made it to Hong Kong by 4.30am local time giving me plenty of time to get my connecting flight to London with the added expense of around £900. I had then been informed that I cannot get on board the connecting flight to Heathrow that I have originally purchased 4 tickets for back in January 2024 and have now had to purchase another 4 tickets to get to Heathrow departing tonight from Hong Kong costing £2500. I have been severely disrupted and disappointed by the lack of any service received by cathay pacific and its representatives. There were no announcements in either airport or any information available from staff or any email / phone communications from yourselves. And I have lost a lot of money in the process. You can check CCTV of my timings at both Phuket and Hong Kong Airports for which you can see I am very early. I have also made my own recordings and will publish very thoroughly using all media the absolutely unbelievable treatment myself and my family have received by Cathay Pacific if I am not contacted and refunded for the flights I was clearly in time for
