Horrible airline. They charges my husband and I $200 for cancellation even though we did not cancel our flight but they didn’t let us board the plane. Will never fly with them again.
Customer service wasted our time and came back to us each time with lies as to why they’re withholding our money.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

The most terrible experience. 14 hours of flight in an old plane, rude Stewards terrible food and even worse costumer service. They lost my luggage and I had to struggle to recuperate it. I flew economy premium and the money I spent was a waste.
I spent over $150 to recuperate the luggage they lost and no customer service at all nothing. I was a mistake I will never fly with them again or any one world member

Whoever left bad reviews for this airline must have never flew with delta, jetblue, united, or American airlines from NYC area. First time on cathay to fly to Thailand but I wish the other airlines provided the same friendly service, meals, wine, blanket, pillow, overhead headphones! Never seen anything like it since the 90s. Would definitely fly with them again!

In my opinion Cathay Pacific have the worst booking system in the world. They took my booking over the net, and took my money, and then they let you know that you can’t select your seat until 24 hours before the flight. Then they say that if you become a Cathay member then you can book your seat 48 hours before the flight. So I became a member and their bloody app still won’t let me book a seat until 24 hours before the flight. They don’t give out contact details and I think that their whole bloody system is as customer friendly as a bad smell.

Absolutely terrible. I had heard Cathay was now a discout carrier. And as i write this after 1 hour on the tarmac with zero updates i concur. Last time i will be flying with this bs airline
