“Good On Board Service , Web Site and seat resevation needs to improve”

Good Airline and had a very smooth check-in process , very friendly and helpful staff. Was flying multiple sectors with Brussels, Lufthansa, Thai, China Southern, and EVA. All airlines offered online check-in, Seat allotment , and Meal preference selections on their respective web sites, except Brussels as the booking reference does not show up on their web site till 24 hours before the flight. As it was the originating flight was bit concerned and had to call them to ensure that the reservation was confirmand and the seat was booked. Very long wait times on the phone to be able to speak to a booking agent, but one I was able to every this was confirmand quickly on the phone, but nothing on the web site. Other than this every thing else was good.

It was an ok flight. Easy to book in via automated machine and the flight out wasn't to busy so I had room to stretch out a little.

The bagel was actually quite tasty and relatively healthy!

Flight back very late, not what I wanted on a Friday evening....

We always fly Brussels as the business class design is great and quality of food and beverage is great. Crews vary - often they seem more focussed on the comfort of their trip and not the customer - they can be autocratic and treat passengers like naughty children and direct them what to eat and when. But some stewards are lovely - if you connect with them. The film selection is poor, but seats and space and noise level always good

I called them in advance to let them know about my children's severe allergies to nuts and requested that they alert customers not to consume nuts as if it is done it could affect my children especially pistachios and their response was sorry we don't care if your son stops breathing we will do no such thing. On the way back They had some free seats just in front of us and we requested that since the seats are free could my sons lie the as it was a night flight. Because it was in economy premium they would rather leave the seats free than allow my sons to have a better nights sleep and so it was. Some of their hostesses had a really bad and condescending attitude.it was really disappointing. So if you have really bad allergies just know brussels airline doesn't care.

Always Brussels airlines if it is possible, everyone on strike but the they are not.
good service for money.
