Brussels Airlines is part of Star Alliance Group and flying from Moscow via Brussels to London Heathrow.

This flight from Moscow was only £71 with a 3 hour layover in Brussels Airport.

The flight and plane as expected was a standard A320 aircraft and nothing more exciting.

3 hrs 20 mins from Moscow to Brussels and then a quick 45 mins hop over from Brussels to Heathrow.

The Cabin Crew were polite and helpful and on the first leg you are offered a sandwich and a drink but hot food you have to pay for. And likewise from Brussels to Heathrow you have to pay. A cup of water is free.

Overall clean plane and I guess value for money it was well worth it.

Why is it that with Brussels Airlines you never get the seat you request and they move you to a crap middle seat.
Bad service and always late, not impressed!!

Took Brussels airline for the 1st time! It’s a non frill Airlines! U need to purchase yr own meals! Drinks are free! Friendly flight crew!

Upon arrival at the airport we saw that our flight had an unexpected delay of over one hour. As we knew we might have a problem retrieving our rental car in Stockholm we went to the Brussels airline desk. They informed us that if we had any problems we should just make a complaint via their website, no proof needed from our side to show that our flight was delayed with short notice. But no, this was unfortunately not true. Because of the delay, the car rental had closed when we arrived, we had to take a taxi to a hotel and another taxi back to the airport to pick up the car the next morning. The reply from customer service of Brussels airline was that this delay was scheduled and I had been informed 7 months in advance !! I re-contacted customer service, insisting that there had been an unscheduled delay for our flight and because of this we had a lot of extra charges. Brussels airline still claim this is not true and they are not willing to make even the smallest gesture. We are very disappointed and will choose Scandinavian airlines for our future travels to Stockholm.

A small free drink would have been welcome, but everything was to be paid.
Service was very friendly and legroom ample. Glad to have some free seats next to me as crowded planes area horror. Very easy access to Bromma parking lot in spite of works all around.
