Quite underwhelmed by the BA first class lounge experience. We were waiting for a flight from Heathrow to New York. Decided to eat breakfast.
Firstly, the servers don't ask you for options (how would you like your egg, bacon or sausage etc)... so you're stuck with how they envision your breakfast choices. After your food is unceremoniously delivered to your table, you ask for all the sides listed in the menu with your dish, and it takes aaagges to come and your food is cold.
Secondly, I have never encountered such a noisy kitchen. People yelling at the top of their lungs, the captain screaming at the staff because "there are loads of hungry bloody passengers out there!"
I'm quite surprised by this low quality experience in what should be the flagship lounge of this airline.
