Officially now below the worst low cost airlines, lost our luggage, ruined a wedding and did nothing to help us.....never use this company and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!

a good comfortable flight with charming staff. A decent meal with good wine on offer.
The departure Lounge in LHR was excellent

I haven’t flown BA for about 20 years. It started with them not notifying me the flight was 2 hours delayed. Food in lounge is all self service. No fresh hot food at all. Seat arrangement on aircraft meant climbing over another passenger to get out of the seat. Food was mediocre, all served at the same time ie. time suited for staff. Economy style, on a tray which had to be passed over another passenger for those sitting by a window. Staff attitude was between surly and downright rude. My companion was told to pick up his rubbish - a newspaper on the floor. On the return flight (overnight) the blanket was very thin and I was cold. I usually fly Virgin to the Caribbean and they are in a different class. No more BA for me.

Old and very tired 777 aircraft, IFE not functioning - crew throw out the meals and then hide in the galley to chat the flight time away. Cabin crew manager does not manage all the cabins as pay title suggests! Hope on the 777 refrub in 2018/19 that the seat recline function is disabled as eating seat from selfish bod in front is greatest fear of flying.

Aircraft was 777 3 x 3 seating which although looked cramped was surprisingly comfortable. Leg room was just OK. Took off a little early. We waited 45 mins for drinks to be offered but when they were served the staff were brilliant,efficient and very friendly, offered drinks without limiting to one choice and without making you feel you should not ask for more. Food service was very efficient and the food was hot and a good standard. A hot breakfast choice was served one hour before landing and we arrived half an hour early. The only complaint I had was that the seat back screen was tiny, films very limited and no games.
