“Short flight, 1 hour delay”

Apart of 1 hour delay the flight was OK.
On the way back the flight was on time.
The service was really minimal (we got 2 cookies..), but since it was only 90 minutes flight it was OK.

We enjoyed our flight with Arkia on new Embraier aircraft. It's our first time with Arkia, and i was surprised with the service , compare to other Israel airline companies. Staff was very helpful and entertainment . good value for the money

it was the first time for me with arkia i was suprised by the service, flight was on time in both ways, the staff was very helpful and polite, plane are clean. i really recommend this airline company.

We all enjoyed the funny flight attendant. Security was good and we felt very safe. Flight was on time. It was a basic, no frills flight within the country.

The flight of 2140 from Eilat delayed to 2300 (due to a problem at the airplane's system from the early evening), and then again to 0030. Also the flight to Eilat had been delayed (1 hour late). Better if you will do the 4 hours drive or fly with other company.
