Very attentive service. Nicely prepared and tasty meal. Entertainment was diverse. Enjoy more legroom than in basic economy than with United or Delta for international flights. Seats reclined further and the density of passengers seemed to be less than on United, Delta or American flying to Asia or any other 6 hour plus flight. Would fly ANA over any American based airlines on our next trip.

I love ANA. The flight attendants are always courteous and very respectful. They keep the bathrooms clean so after 14 hours in the air, they are still nice and clean. I have flown US airlines and I hate them. Flight attendants are very rude and disrespectful. Food was terrible and bathrooms are dirty especially after a long flight. I always book ANA even if it's a little more expensive. It's worth it.

ANA to Japan
This is my third holiday trip to Japan but it was first time I used ANA. Check-in at both Sydney Airport and return flight at Tokyo Haneda Airport were quick and relax. The generous baggage allowance was 2 pieces of 23kg plus a cabin luggage. The plane was a recent model Boeing 787-9 with part carbon-fibre construction. I traveled in economy class where the seat configuration was 3-3-3. I selected an aisle seat for convenience. Good leg room but the seat width is rather tight. The night flight at 10PM Sydney to Tokyo served dinner around 11PM. It came as a bento box of 2 alternative menu selection. It was a good size meal and quite appetizing. The in-flight entertainment has a large selection of recent release movies. The remote control is sensibly located on the armrest which avoid pushing the back rest of the passenger in front if the remote is located below the screen as in other planes. USB charger connection is available. The windows have no blinds but the glass was light sensitive and darken with direct sunlight which I considered an excellent idea to stop annoying sun glare from other windows. The air conditioning didn’t seem to cope with a full plane. It was rather hot and a bit humid. There was no personal air vent overhead to cool down. On the return flight to Sydney, the plane was only half full. And it was much more pleasant with cooler environment. Toilet facility was good and not too cramp at all. The cabin staff were all female and they were all pleasant and attentive. The flight was very smooth and arrived on time. I recommend ANA and happy to fly with them in the future

Flew from Hiroshima to Narita with ANA. Boarding was very efficient, service was great - no issues and would recommend them.

It's a long way from California to Cambodia, so we went Business class for a big celebration trip. The flatbed seats lie completely flat. We boarded, ate an amazing meal, slept 8 or 9 hours, had breakfast, enjoyed some entertainment and arrived in Siem Reap completely rested and ready to enjoy our trip. Outstanding service from start to finish.
