good service, approachable FA’s, good food, comfortable seats, to sum it up, it was a great experience flying with ANA.. and i will surely booked again my next flight with them ..Highly recommended guys :)

It's a long haul. The bulkhead seats on the way out were good. TV monitor was on the bulkhead, which meant no need to move the TV panel from beside the seat. Headsets were noise-cancelling most of the way. Here is the weird part--on the NRT-SIN leg, they were not. And I had packed mine away in check-in. The stewardess appeared puzzled that noise-cancelling headsets were available for premium economy.

There is a legrest that is best described as a calfrest and individual swan-neck lamps for reading. There was wifi on the outbound. Oddly enough, the plane had no wifi on the inbound and I had some work I would have paid for.

Service was friendly. Stewardesses never ever forgot what they promised.

Transfer gates and lounge are close to each other. Although I should add that the lounge was almost completely packed inbound.

Improvement? Well, on the SIN-NRT flight, the stewardesses greeted us at the plane and that was it. All other airlines would direct passengers to the correct aisle. These folks did not. It led to confusion and as I was at the bulkhead, people crossing over. A little annoying having to be main street.

While ANA's flight attendants and ground personnel try to be helpful, there is only so much they can do for the product, itself, both on the air and on the ground, is the worse product available on that market. Flying in Business Class, my prerequested meal was not delivered; passengers are not provided with a toiletry bag; if you beed an eye mask or an ear plug, you must ask; there are no amenities promptly available; ANA flies a brand new plane, the 787-9, yet, seats are angled not flat; bathrooms are as cramped up as in Economy Class; and every request you make is taken much like an imposition. ANA makes sure to save in any and every possible way, while charging an absurdity and denying passengers of a true Business Class experience. On the ground, at their Business Class Lounge, the experience is below subpar. Only light snacks of the lowest quality are served. Having a 13hr long connection at Narita International Airport, I soon learnt that the very same low quality light snacks were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, without exceptions. When, many a time, the table was rid of snacks all together, proving alcohol only. (Please see attached image) One of the only two massage chairs offered to ALL Business Class passengers had been "out of order" for a while and was supposedly scheduled to be fixed "by the end of the month..." while the other working chair was constantly being used by sleeping, spread out, drunken passengers, witbout absolutely no care mor supervision from lounge's staff, despite the sign that read in big letters "this chair is not for sleeping." The atmosphere provided is one of a ghetto. The bathroom is so small (two stalls snd two or three urinals) and rid of amenities, one could not chchange a shirt without imposing on other passengers or being imposed upon. After writing a letter to ANA's Customer Support, reportimg on these issues, I was hit with the most condescending reply and lack of acknowledgment. If you need to book on a Japanese airline, do yiu rself a favor and book on Japan Airlines which will provide you with a significantly more dignifying, refined and passenger oriented experience.

Even with a small, service and information was excellent. ANA really has a great service for customers.

We were lucky to fly the new 787 both ways. The seat pitch was generous, so never felt cramped even with the seat in front reclined (I've over 183cm tall).
The seat back entertainment system was good, with no cords to tangle, as it plugged into the seat-back system.
Service was good, with mid-flight snacks available (although we slept through).
They do have in flight WiFi, but that's a paid service.
