I know that businesses are accustomed to hearing from travelers when we are not happy. But this one is different . It was an average trip for me but on one of the flights I was amazed at how surly some people can be. On this one flight a customer was having trouble navigating the aisle due to her use of a crutch. The flight attendant was attempting to very kind and helpful but this person would not follow her suggestions nor her directions. She got herself into a tougher bind because of her own stubbornness and she took it out on the attendant. I want to compliment the American Airline flight staff. They were obviously tired themselves but they were cheerful and patient. Not once did the attendant lose her patience or speak sharply . Genuinely a model of great customer service. Thank you for all that you do.
