“First class does not access airport club!”

First class does not have access to airport club! Only flights from Los Angeles to New York or international flights access the club. We recently flew Alaska Airlines from Los Angeles to Anchorage and Air Canada from Vancouver to Los Angeles using business class and were permitted into their clubs.

Movie selection was superior on American airline.

Overall flight was good. The airports were good to navigate and the flight crew was good. I will definitely fly with American again.

Recently flew into NC for cousins wedding. Smooth flight. Left on time both ways. Will use AA again for future travel.

We sat in the main cabin and the leg room was incredible. The cabin temperature was perfect. We enjoyed the free tv. The only reason my ratings are not higher is they charge for luggage. All the airlines do that ad that is irritating.

The baggage handling/processing at O'Hare was abysmal. Our bags did not come out on the conveyor, so we went to the baggage service desk. There were four people ahead of us, but only one agent. After 45 minutes waiting in line, I was finally at the counter. It then took him 20 minutes to return with our bags. And one of them now had a broken extension handle. Totally unusable. To their credit, they replaced it on the spot. Of course it was with a much cheaper piece of luggage. I then looked at the line when we were leaving, and it was about 20 deep. They did find a second person somewhere. They needed at least 4 or 5. Those poor people must have been there until 2:00 in the morning. The flight landed at about 11:15 pm.
