We boarded on time, taking off 5 minutes early. It wasn't a full flight and the air steward was offering passengers two seats to themselves. This is an old plane but the leg room is very good. A drink and snack is included. Flight landed 20 minutes early.

Good short flight from Rome to Brussels. They provide you with drinks and a small snack during the flight. Good on board service. Average legroom. No in-flight entertainment.

This was a quick, clean flight, with helpful pleasant Staff and lovely FREE Snacks

My wife and I travel to Italy on a regular basis and always find Alitalia to be an excellent service provider. Their lounges are very nice...Business Class is run extremely well and their flight attendants are outstanding.

The flight left on time with a Boeing 777-200. Polite staff , ready to help you . As usually the passengers carried many items but the flight attendants managed everything effectively. The time they served our dinner came fast and I was ready to taste mine. Meat with smashed potatoes and vegetables. It seemed a nice dish and very tasty but....I couldn’t cut the meat . It wasn’t soft at all. It was so hard that I barely cut a piece. I asked them if i had another choice and they served me some pasta . But it wasn’t good either. . Everything on this flight was good except the food.
