Flying home to Brisbane with Air New Zealand was great. Seats are comfortable, free Drinks, Inflight Entertainment, and Staff were happy and friendly. Would fly with them again and would recommend them. 👍👍

The only good things about this flight was the staff, the food (except the inflight bites didn't work for me, but it did work good on my return flight home), and the inflight entertainment was great. The seat in economy on this plane is literally terrible, there is no padding whatsoever in the back of the seat, it's like sitting on metal bars - I am not usually fussy, nor am I hypersensitive, and am of average height, but seriously the entire time I was in agony due to the terrible quality of the seat. I swear I got a bruised back from it. However the legroom is all good. I will go out of my way to never fly on this plane again! Went on a Singapore Airlines B787-10 soon after and we couldn't believe the great quality in comparison - their seats were so comfy!

On a side note, on my return flight SIN-CHC the flight attendant named Ashlee gave amazing service, she was so nice, definitely improved my experience.

The food is poor and not worth spending the extra for “The Works”. We always support Air New Zealand but there has been a gradual decline in the quality of the meals which are most unappealing. Used to be so good.

Was advised to try out Air New Zealand for once as I usually fly to LA with Virgin. Well I can safely say, I was not disappointed at all. Friendly and helpful staff upon checking in and dropping bags off. Was given a bulk head seat which had a sufficient amount of leg room for an economy seat (I'm 6'1" and usually struggle with flying economy) but I was able to stretch out no problem on this. Very very responsive in flight entertainment system with a wide range of films and Tv shows to choose from. The best bit...being able to order your snacks and drinks to your seat straight from the entertainment system. Cabin crew were handing you your drinks within less than a minute of ordering it and were happy to be back and forth if you managed to go through your drinks quicker than others (the Bourbon free pours went down a little too easy).

In flight meals were satisfactory, a lot better than most airlines if I'm honest. I went for the chicken which I would recommend.

Upon returning home, we weren't as lucky to get a bulk head seat again. However, there was a member of the cabin crew that had been on our first flight who seemed to remember us, not only by face, but by name as well. Appreciated that attention whilst he was walking through the cabin and took the time to welcome us back on board and asked how our trip was.

Disappointed to see that ANZ are bringing their London to LA route to an end later this year, but I'm sure I'll be making that trip again with them that date

The staff was very kind and professional. They are smiling and very polite to all passengers :) The flight quality was top ! Definitely one of the best airlines in the world ! Will fly again soon 😃
