The lounge of the CDG airport was perfect! Relaxing space with quality of champagne and wine. But as for the flight, the service was meeting minimum expectation providing meal with wine but considering flight with AF, it's good if we can get offer from CA to provide more champagne and wine...

Overall good service but not quite up to the same standards as Lufthansa. For business class I was somewhat underwhelmed. Probably wound not do AF in the future.

Often the "second" brands are "secondary" in service and so but not here! Extremely friendly service, very good food and some OK wines.
Something negative? YES: It is a short to medium distance flight but for this price the seats should have been dedicated seats and not the standard economy with even quite limited legs room (unless on the first row, where I went to sit).
No need for me but entertainment was available to be used on your own device.

The flight out was a disaster from start to finish. Not only did we not get the legroom seats we’d booked - my travelling companion is 6ft 6in (despite spending 45 minutes on the phone to Air France reorganising them after their system failed to register my initial booking), the cabin was way too hot and the cabin crew virtually invisible the entire flight. Return flight was fine with no problems.

flew on a380-800 on the way home. Was upgraded to business class and the food was great. great amenities kit free wifi and seat back tvs 18in.
