The boarding process was a mess, after first priority got on they basically said ok, now everyone else can get on and there was a rush to the gate. Many of the first priority passengers were very rude because the gate announcements weren't very clear and the economy passengers crowded up to the gate as when the boarding process started. Once on we were very comfortable and it paid to check our carry-ons and have only our personal bags to deal with as some economy passengers needed space to put everything up in the bins and were up and down getting things out throughout the flight.

There was a pillow, a blanket, a "mask" for covering eyes and headphones at each seat. The space between people was sufficient; however, the space from the seat in front was quite crowded.On both flights, the person in front of me was almost sitting on my lap when the seat was put into recline mode.
A choice of entree was offered - it was hot and had some flavour to it. All bread/buns were white. The beverage service was inconsistent.
There was a varied selection of programmes and music to watch/listen to on the inflight TV. Flight attendants were helpful for people who had youngsters.
The flight was on time.
Flying home, I had a window seat. The view was great, especially as we neared Paris.

We have flown Air France before but this trip I was disappointed with a few things. First I found our seats were more small than usual and the leg room was tight..The food was not hot just mediocre warm, not as tasty..and they did not come back to see if we wanted something else for drinking.

The reservation was made in March for a flight in August. I was not able reserve any seats. I called Air France and was told that would cost an extra $35 per seat. The first half of the trip was on Delta and they immediately assigned seats at no extra cost. Then on the AF flight home we had a "grumpy" steward. Overall, our experience with Air France started out with a bad experience and only got worse. The experience at the gate in Paris was also bad. The flight was delayed and they failed to announce that "economy" passengers were to enter the plane from a different gate. Many people stood in the wrong line for over half an hour. One last thing. The video screen on the seat back in front of me was very low resolution. It was unwatchable. I would look at all other options before flying AF again.

The fog at Ezeiza airport was so thick, that we were sent to Montevideo. We landed there and waited for two and a half hours, just because the staff of Carrasco airport didn't sent the fuel truck... (Ezeiza opened some minutes after we landed in Montevideo). The cabin crew of this flight was so nice that they managed to keep the goo humour of all the passengers. They were ready to answer all the questions, to provide us coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks. Un grand merci à tous!
