“flying to down under”
Review of Air France

Reviewed 28 January 2018

A nice flight to Sydney, down under. As in all airplanes, when you are tall you have to face the problems of space.
But the flights were good, the staff was nice and helpfull when needed.

Thank Henk W

We experienced no problems whatsoever during our flight. The staff were pleasant, seats were comfortable and the flight was on time.

I took flight Flt 351 from YYZ (Toronto) to CDG (Charles de Gaul) & then Flt 1426 from CDG to Venice (VCE) The seat Pitch, the comfort of the seats, the entertainment selections, the food & open bar, all flight staff were great. The only difficult part of flying Air France and having to stop into CDG is Charles de Gaul Airport, but don’t let that reflect upon Air France. Their reputation is worldly & CDG is a local mentality that needs to be fixed. I would fly anywhere with Air France ( But not CDG) Keep up the great work Air France & see what you can do to change your base airport, they are not doing you justice!

No words to express how nice the service was. The attention, the menu and the confort. Not as business obviously but it was very good. The chair is extraordinary because it is designed in a way that when the person in front of you relaxes, the chair keeps its form and never reduces space in front of you, you always keep the same space. Not all A 380 have the same chair, it is unique.

We had menu to select the food and wine. Snacks all flight, entertainment and a bag with toiletries.

We had priority access at the security in Paris in our flight back. Great experience and looking forward to use Air France once again.

This was my first flight in a 380 so i made sure i paid to have seat on the top.The problem is that in the economy there is a large gap between the chair and the window and hence its easy to lean and sleep on long overnight flights.
