First time for this route and airline. I was pleased it went ontime we had a sandwich and drink included on a short flight no problems with baggage ,all good.

We had flight from Paris to Cancun. It takes 11 hours and in this time we saw stewardss maybe twice per flight?! If you are hungry ot thirsty, you have to get up and find stewardss. They will not come to you!
And if you are not speak in French, you are out of luck, because they dont speak english!!!
Servis was awful, the crew was angry and no one was smiling.
Try to avoid these airlines! Never again!

Good short flight and staff are very attentive. As it was a short plane nothing much to talk about it. The luggage service took some time to the terminal in Paris, even so, the aircraft was just parked next to it as it was Terminal G.

We flew business class from Tel Aviv to Paris. The service was good and the crew very polite. That’s where it ends. The business class is economy with the middle seat empty. There is very little leg room and is the same as economy. For a 5 hour flight there is no inflight entertainment. Take Easyjet at less than half the price with a bigger seat and more legroom. The service was good and the plane was clean but take a budget airline which is much better value.

A short flight and business class seats same as economy. However you get 3 seats to yourself and leg room ok for 60 min flight. Business lounge ok and boarding good. Snack on flight and dinks very good. Broadly on time.
