if you are traveling to any part of Europe like Paris Portugal or other places this
airline give you all the comfort that you expect on a fly starting from the welcome
from the staff to the delicious meal they served i flew on the airbus that has two
floor and is amassing so take my advice and fly on this airline my fly was on august
to Paris then to Lisbon no problem enjoy your next fly

Old plane, warnout interior, uncomfortable seats/beds with terrible food. What more can I say? Will never fly Air France again.

We
experienced a flight delay on Delta, so they rerouted us on Air France. We originally booked economy comfort, but AF had no such, and tried to upgrade us to a premium seat, at exorbitant cost. We declined, and ended up in trash class, which was horrible--the seats were the smallest I've ever seen, and the folks ahead of us insisted in a full recline for the whole trip. The flight attendant would not intervene on our behalf. To make our conniption to Madrid, we had a long walk to an outside stairway, then a bus ride, then another We are disgusted with long walk top a plane parked out on the runway. We are disgusted with Air France and with CDG airport.

I had no issues with, service or food. Seems like they feed you non stop. Just wish they had more of an option with movies and tv shows.

Our flight on the 30th of September had a catastrophic engine failure about 5 hours into the flight. We diverted to Goose Bay, Canada, where we sat on the tarmac for 15 hours waiting for a replacement aircraft. Then, instead of flying us to LA, we were sent to Atlanta to clear customs and immigration before finally getting on a plane to LA, arriving some 29 hours later than scheduled. While Air France's cockpit crew handled the emergency in fine fashion and we appreciate that the flight landed safely, Air France the airline has done an EXTREMELY POOR job from the incident to today in looking after their passengers. The information provided during the situation was sparse and sometimes inaccurate, it seemed that Air France did what was more convenient for the airline than the passengers on this flight and then they promised, in writing, to get immediate vouchers and make contact with all passengers to help out. That was on 3 October - today is the 16th and they still haven't been in touch. It is appreciated that the incident was highly unusual, but Air France has shown little regard for the passengers who suffered through this situation.
