I was so lucky to have the friendliest cabin attendants on my 11h flight from Santa Cruz/Bolivia to Madrid. Having been originally assigned a middle seat I had asked the attendant at the plane door whether she would kindly tell me if there was an available window seat. She came to my seat when boarding was completed and assigned me a window seat in the front of the plane, and even better, one with no one sitting next to me! The absolute jackpot for any long-haul flight, almost like a business class upgrade.

She and her colleague made my day with this nice gesture and their thoughtful attendance throughout the entire flight. A big thank-you again!

Had read bad reviews so was pleasantly surprised. On time, good leg room, comfortable seat, friendly crew, catered for my dietary needs. Only complaint was having to pay €3 for ear phones, which whilst not a lot of money, I feel should be free on long haul flights.

This was my first time flying with AirEuropa. I purchased based on the flight times and cost, even though I had read mixed reviews online. Well, what a surprise! I found the check-in service to be very pleasant at both Miami International and Venice. The planes were new and clean. All flights were on time. Service on the plane was very attentive, although the food selection & quality were mediocre. Each seat had their own monitor with good selection of programing/movies, etc. One bit of advice ..pay for your baggage & seats(very reasonable) ahead of flights. It will be less costly($100 per bag instead of $150 at counter) and you can choose exactly where you wish to sit. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely fly with AirEuropa again.

This was my second time flying with AirEuropa and I felt it was always reliable and friendly with service. Despite some hiccups (I had a carry on luggage that travelled easily with me on the plane from JFK to Madrid to Lisbon but on my flight home, the same bag the Portuguese kiosk attendants made me check it despite pleaing that I had no issues on the way there with the same luggage). That was frustrating but they accepted my baggage free of charge so whatever.

The inflight services and accommodations are as you'd expect...flight quality (so maybe buy food for yourself in the airport before flying if you know you don't like airplane food)
