A smooth short flight that was mostly on time. It was slightly delayed for 15 minutes due to a flight crew member being late.

A little tight on overhead luggage space for everyone. Took very long to have everyone's luggage taken care of.

The instruction for on-boarding sequence was a little hard to follow. They called 3, 4 and 5 to get ready. Ended up having group 5 ahead of 3 or 4, etc.

The movie selection was okay. Good they offer that even for a short flight.

Good service and comfortable seats for an overnight flight. Some confusion occurred when we were loaded before the plane had been completely serviced, but it wasn’t serious.

The attempt to assure us of attentive service tended to be obsequious and was unnecessary.

Our flight was an overnight flight and went from Halifax to Toronto to Copenhagen. Would rather fly direct from Halifax to Copenhagen. However, the flights were pretty much on time and were nice smooth flights. Did not have any problems.

Our first flight of the day was cancelled with a vague computer issue. The plane had been there the night before, so I’m thinking any issues should have already been addressed and solved. Redirected to Toronto where we ended up waiting on the plane for an hour because of a security breech. No food or drink offered during the ensuing five hour flight. We came dangerously close to missing our cruise because of so many issues. Luckily our cruise line had representatives waiting for us, so we got on our ship a half hour before it departed. Other people told us of similar problems with Air Canada.

Flew Business class (signature class) from Toronto to Frankfurt. New Signature Suite lounge is available at Pearson airport and had a great meal in lounge prior to boarding flight. Please note: showers available only in Maple Leaf lounge. Signature service on aircraft offers comfortable seating allowing you to lie-flat to sleep, large selection of movies and attentive service. The bonus is always the pre-boarding access as well as priority luggage delivery.
